This large 28 x 20 west-facing rooftop deck overlooking the Bush River is the perfect space to enjoy an evening glass of wine, or your favorite cocktail. The sunsets are truly amazing. If you miss it the first night, then put it on the schedule for the next night. You can't stay at Bush River Retreat without taking in one of these magnificent River Deck sunsets. 3rd level - large master bedroom suite, 416 sq ft (larger than a standard Marriott/Hilton double hotel room). The en-suite bathroom has a gorgeous shower, dual vanity, and separate water closet. The large open space in the master bedroom suite can easily accommodate the queen-size inflatable mattress stored in the large walk-in closet (bed spread, sheets, pillows provided). This is a perfect option for a toddler who wants to be close to mom & dad, or even an older family member. Note, this inflatable bed is the 5th bed in our listing. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also on this level, and are connected by a beautifully designed jack-n-jill bathroom. 2nd level - This is where the magic happens. The Great Room has 7 large floor floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the forest behind the home that is truly spectacular. This room is equipped with an 85" Samsung AI Smart TV with QLED 4k technology, which is sure to be hit at the end of a long day when everyone settles in for movie night. Just off the Great Room is a unique "flex-room", which can be used as play room for the kiddies (no corners, sharp edges, etc). We'll provide play mats upon request. Or you could use this space as a yoga/exercise room for the adults, or an extra sleeping area (a queen-size inflatable bed, sheets, and bed spread, are in the closet near the main entry door). Guests have different needs, so this space was "un-designed" with this in mind. The kitchen, also on this level, is fully stocked, with brand new plates, silverware, glasses, food containers, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, toaster oven, etc., etc. And again, everything is brand new...no second-hand, used items in this kitchen, nor in the entire home for that matter. And when your family is ready to take in some nature, you can open the French doors onto the "forest patio". From here, you will see gorgeous 70 ft. trees, and an abundance of birds, deer, and maybe an occasional fox. The forest patio is equipped with comfy chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea.
